Our adhesive product range for the sector of Flexible Packaging includes solvent-free adhesives and solvent-borne adhesives used in the following end user applications: food industry, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and industrial products. The product range of adhesives for Flexible Packaging can be classified in 3 segments:

• Standard Performance: General-purpose adhesives for the lamination of films, metallized films and paper.
• Medium Performance: Adhesives for the lamination of films, metallized films and aluminum foil which offer high adhesion values, medium chemical resistance and sterilization resistance in film to film laminates.
• High Performance: Adhesives for the lamination of all types of structures with sterilization resistance, high chemical resistance to the aggressive filling goods and also suitable for the lamination of high barrier films.

Morchem also offers a complete range of extrusion and printing primers and thermo-sealing and high-gloss functional coatings.

Morchem has a pilot laminating machine in its lab for praxis-oriented customer trials.
